My Approach
Good sleep is an essential ingredient for healthy growth, development and family wellbeing. Every day, I guide parents in helping their babies achieve healthy, age-appropriate naps and night sleep using gentle, science-based guidance.
I do not recommend sleep training, crying methods or unnatural self-settling techniques. Instead, I focus on connection, attachment and meeting a baby's biological and emotional needs.
When sleep is approached this way, families often find more peace, confidence and rest. I call this approach Sleep Parenting.
