“Your baby will sleep when she is tired!” Says your aunt.
“You are in for months of sleep deprivation!” Exclaims your friend.
“Don’t hold your baby so much!” Says your mother.
“Your baby is hungry!” Tut-tuts the neighbourhood auntie with a raise of her eyebrow.
All the while, your baby’s touch and communication, your own heart and your instincts tell you something else.
Whether you’re expecting a baby or caring for a newborn – this course offers a warm, no-pressure guide to understanding your baby’s sleep, without guilt or tears.
This self-paced course features 20 short videos – perfect for tired parents.

Still have questions and doubts, I’ve got you covered! Our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) have a list of questions I’ve repeatedly heard over the years. There’s a good chance that you’ll find the answers you’re looking for right here.
This course is aimed at the newborn stage, that is, 0 to 4 months (the first 120 days). It concludes with the onset of the 4-month sleep milestone commonly known as the 4-month sleep regression. It is well suited to expectant parents and parents of 4-month-olds will also benefit from it.
Every baby is unique but, because the practices in this course are biologically normal and aligned with how babies are naturally wired to sleep, little ones usually adjust to them quite easily. Often, the challenge isn’t the baby but the adults changing our habits. Some parents notice small improvements within a few days, while for others it may take a few weeks. What matters most is that you’re building a healthy, gentle sleep foundation that lasts.
Not at all. Go at your own pace. Watch a video when you can, try the activity, and come back whenever you need. There’s no rush – parenting is busy enough already, and this course is designed to fit into your life as a new parent, not add pressure. You have access to the course for 8 whole months!
You will have access to the course for 8 months from the date of purchase, so that your newborn period is comfortably covered even if you do the course during the last trimester of your pregnancy and you would like to refer back or do it again. You will also be able to download cheat sheets and printables for easy reference. When you’re expecting a baby or parenting a newborn, in all honesty this course is a better bet for you. It is thorough and comprehensive and gives you a strong background. If you feel the need, you can consult me in the months that follow to clarify doubts, troubleshoot specific issues or update your knowledge. Baby sleep is a marathon, not a sprint.
Yes. The course gives you a flexible framework. Since it’s based on normal newborn sleep biology, you’ll be able to adapt the principles to your baby’s personality and your family’s rhythm.
No, never. This course is completely gentle and biologically normal. You will not be asked to leave your baby to cry alone for even a few seconds. You will not be asked to withhold or reduce your responses. Instead, the focus is on attachment-based, loving practices that encourage healthy sleep while keeping your bond strong.
The term ‘sleep training’ usually refers to practices where a baby is allowed to cry for short or long durations, in the hope that the baby will “self-soothe”. In my experience, sleep training is stressful for both the parents and the child. Encouraging your baby to self-soothe or self-settle by withholding parental soothing isn’t a practice that I’m comfortable with. Therefore, I do not recommend it.
That’s okay. This course is designed with tired parents in mind. Even if you just watch one short video and try one small step, it can make a difference. Take it slowly. The lessons will always be here when you’re ready.
Absolutely. In fact, it’s wonderful when both parents or caregivers are on the same page. You can share the lessons and activities so that everyone caring for your baby feels confident and aligned.
Newborns are not meant to sleep through the night yet – they need to wake for feeds or comfort, and that’s normal and healthy. What this course will help with is reducing unnecessary wakings, easing bedtime struggles, ensuring good daytime naps and sufficient overall sleep, and creating smoother days and nights for the whole family over time.
If your baby has a medical condition, always follow your pediatrician’s advice first. Many of the gentle practices in this course can still help, but your doctor’s guidance should come before any sleep strategies.

Baby sleep is a journey and your little one’s needs will change every few weeks. While the course provides you with foundational knowledge that you can apply in the stages to come, it is a good idea to keep updating yourself at every stage.
