Start with Video 1: Understanding Newborn Sleep
This course helped me explain my ways to my husband!
Hi Himani – I wanted to thank you for making such useful videos related to new born baby sleep. I came across this when my baby was 4.5 months and now she is a little over 5.5 months. As a first time parent I realised that baby sleep is one of the most underrated things. We read books and prepare ourselves for a lot of stuff but sleep is never a part of that preparation. If someone asks me what they should be preparing pre-birth, my personal advice to anyone would be learn about baby sleep. Since beginning I have been very particular to build a routine for her but she still wasn’t sleeping well and your course has helped me find those mistakes and make the tweaks.
I think everything was explained really well. No feedback on that.
The parts that really stood out for us were the bits around how much sleep is needed, nap bridging, sleep associations, sleeping and feeding and entire module 5 (this was most helpful as we were literally going through it and had no idea what hit us that everything changed)
It also restored my confidence as it made me understand the things I have been doing right and how they are making an overall impact on her development. In my husband’s words “I am obsessed with my daughter’s sleep” and at times it’s been hard to explain what I am saying. Your videos have helped my explaining my husband and he finally accepts it since it coming from an expert and not just chatgpt or google. So thank you once again for all your hard work in this.
